MARSHFIELD COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS TELETHON
The Marshfield Community Christmas Telethon will take place on Friday, December 2, 2011 from 7:00PM to 10:30PM live at the Daniel Webster School in Marshfield. This is a community event! Everyone is invited to come onto the telethon and make a donation or make a challenge.

Santa Claus will be available to take a picture with your family for a small donation.
If you are interested in participating in the talent portion of the telethon spots are still available.
We are in great need of auction items! If you want to participate in the telethon or to donate an auction item please call Michael Maresco at 781-837-0431. The auction is a great way to get those on your Christmas list that are hard to shop for a unique gift while helping out Marshfield Community Christmas. All auction items must be bid via the telephone on the night of the telethon.
Michael Maresco will be joined by Chrissy Kelleher the South Shore’s best known and funniest comedienne from Marshfield and board member of the Marshfield Boys and Girls Club to host this year’s telethon. The telethon will be aired live on Comcast and Verizon cable. Residents are encouraged to call some friends and instead of going out to shop make plans to watch the telethon and bid on the auction items from the comfort of your home. This is one sure way to get into the Christmas spirit!

Are you willing to donate an hour or two of your time? Have you started thinking about Christmas? If you answered yes to any of these questions, Marshfield Community Christmas needs your help to make our telethon a success. Anyone or any organization that would like to perform on the telethon is asked to contact Michael Maresco, telethon coordinator at 781-837-0431. Residents, parents, business leaders and children are invited to stop by the telethon to make a donation and have their picture taken with Santa Claus. |
